• Founded the first student-led club for OPM and BAN majors at Alfaisal University, navigating university regulatory approvals
and building the organizational structure from the ground up, leading a team of 9 across defined roles and responsibilities and
growing club membership to over 50 students.
• Initiated and negotiated a partnership agreement (MOU) between the club and PMIs MENA region chapter, coordinating directly
with PMI representatives to draft terms, secure approvals, and align the collaboration with the clubs professional development
goals.
• Authored professional proposals, sponsorship requests, and partnership contracts to secure institutional and corporate support for
club programs.
• Planned and coordinated academic and professional events with companies, faculty, and student departments, acting as the central
point of coordination across concurrent projects and managing logistics, vendor communications, and project timelines.
• Prepared meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports for internal team reviews and external stakeholder
communications.
• Tracked and reported program data including application metrics and response rates across recruitment cycles, preparing
analytical breakdowns for faculty stakeholders to support decision-making.

• Advise fellow students on course planning, certification selection, and major choice, providing academic guidance recognized by College of Business faculty.

• Selected to co-deliver the closing session of the six-part NextGen series, speaking on the value of the CAPM® credential for students, graduates, and early-career professionals.

• Served as the sole undergraduate panelist alongside a leadership-development firm co-founder and a university vice president, contributing to a regional discussion on career building and leadership for emerging professionals, moderated by PMI MENAs Managing Director.

• Supported ceremony operations behind the scenes, organizing and staging award trophies, and represented The OPM & BAN
Club in discussions with McGraw Hill leadership on education collaboration.

• Represented the OPM and BAN majors at the universitys annual Open House (April 23, 2026), advising prospective students and their families one-on-one on curriculum structure, program suitability, and career outcomes throughout the evening event.

• Placed 1st College of Business entries and 2nd overall for the poster Friend or Foe? AIs Impact on Project
Management, mentored by Dr. Sheraz Malik.
• Conducted original research (23-source literature review, N=100 survey), analyzed data in SPSS, and delivered the findings
through a formal poster presentation to a panel of faculty judges, using Excel and Power BI visualizations.

• Served as liaison between students, administration, and external manufacturers, coordinating procurement, stakeholder
communications, and financial transactions for timely production and delivery of senior merchandise for 100+ classmates.
