• Obtains quotation and makes a comparison, for Food and non Food items.
• Handle sample request of new items for Chef’s approval.
• Handle Discrepancies of the Invoices.
• Responds to all inquiries from other Department in a courteous manner.
• Maintain positive relation with the suppliers and external guest at all times.
• Resolves Internal guest complaints, ensuring their satisfaction related to Purchasing.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Handle Purchasing office duties such faxes, photocopying and scanning.
• Update each Department with regards to their orders/request.
• Assigning the Contracts
• Assists the Purchasing Manager as needed.
Process Food & Beverage daily purchase request from all Departments.
• Sends Food & Beverage daily Purchase Orders.
