Duties and Responsibilities:
HR STRATEGIC PARTNER
• Liaison between all departments, managers and functional leads and key partners through personal visits to companies and other regular communication methods to reinforce and improve upon the culture and deliver on the strategic objectives.
• Coach, develop and lead by providing developmental and growth opportunities. Communicate strategic objectives and initiatives clearly.
• Support a dynamic growth platform for adding new businesses to the portfolio, building an efficient approach to workplace planning which allows for a nimble and on-time delivery of new unit growth.
• Supports and guides area and global partners in an evolving path towards regionalization / matrix organization, including all Offices, Senior Leadership Members. Able to work well independently but understands the nuances involved in the organizational structure.
• Mentor / coach for senior leadership members and assist in building strong communication platforms.
• Manage complex Human Resources projects / initiatives including longer term talent planning, evolving the organisation and involving significant cross functional coordination.
TALENT MANAGEMENT
• Develop, manage and continuously improve recruitment and talent management practices to support Group’s vision and strategic and operational objectives.
• Lead in the evolution of the HR Structure from individual model to shared services model and the area management approach.
• Ensure development and delivery of annual programs such as leadership development, succession management, learning and development and performance management. Delivery includes identifying areas of improvement, collaborating with partners, proposing recommendations, communications/training to support and evaluation
EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
• Lead a successful approach to employee experience, working in conjunction with business leaders and ensure best in class engagement levels which impact key business metrics (turnover, employee satisfaction and profitability).
• Support and influence the creation and implementation of an Employer Brand which delivers greater returns on talent attraction programs and ensures employer of choice status in all markets.
GOVERNANCE & METRICS
• Ensure adherence to compliance programs with Labour and Federal Laws.
• Manage data and analytics around key HR performance metrics including turnover, pay/benefits, market relevant metrics etc.
PROJECTS
• Development and ensure the compliance with Key Policies & Procedures for the Group
• Develop and Implementation of Competency Framework, Job Evaluation & Analysis, Job Descriptions and Performance Management Model
• Design and Implement the Compensation & Benefit Structure with new Job Band Matrix & Grading Structure
• CSR Initiatives & Programs
FINANCIAL
• Ensure fiscal responsibility, return on investment tracking, financial planning and accurate budgeting.
• Provide leadership and insights in the development of industry leading and competitive compensation and benefits practices which are aligned with and respect the HR vision for the company.
• Lead and administer Corporate Human Resources initiatives including compensation and benefit plans and immigration processes

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the HR & Business Support Cluster (IT & Administration), ensuring a quality service is delivered to the company and its subsidiaries.
• Strategic Partner with executive management to grow the business through innovative human-resources management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Set up the HR Department from Ground which includes:
o HR Policies & Procedures, Budgeting, Manpower Planning, Job Descriptions, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits structure, Disciplinary & Grievances, Exit process.
Midcom Group - A $1bn conglomerate with over 10, 000 people, with business in Forex, Telecom, Education, Dairy, Transportation, Real Estate etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Set up HR department for Midland Group in Head Quarters - Dubai, by guiding the startup and management of a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs.
• Developed and released HR process, policies and procedures, Employee Handbook for UAE & Africa.
• Reviewed policies in a timely manner and ensured market competitiveness and facilitate best practices.
• Ensured policy revisions completion with 100% adherence to respective country laws.
• Ensured quality & cost effective recruitment (local & overseas) to meet business goals.
• Designed psychometric assessments for different levels and trained team members on its use.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisted Group HR Manager to implement HR Strategies, Manpower planning, Recruitment Plans, Job Analysis, Performance Management, Talent Management and other HR projects.
