Monitoring the performance of Suppliers Contracts (Payment terms, Delivered Items in
BOQ, ETC….)
Following up with Letter of Credit & Coordinating for Shipments with Logistic Dep.
Monitoring project warehouses (Main Store and Site stores) and following the quarterly
physical count.
Coordinating with the Internal and external Audit.
Handling Treasury & preparing the daily Cash & Bank Reconciliation for One year.
Monitoring Payable & Receivable accounts for One year.
Monitoring Subcontractors Accounts for almost Two years.
Preparing with the tendering Dep. The budget for each new project.
Closing the monthly cost estimations and reports for the management.
Issuing purchase orders to suppliers
Auditing all the cash invoices for the Financial Year.
Assist in preparing the Financial Reports.
Assist in the physical count for our clients.
Assist in preparing the tax filing.
Assist in gathering the required documents for the tax filing
