• Responsible for both inbound and outbound dispatch materials.
• Ensuring that the customer needs are met and with accordance with the company policy. Dealing with the customers and identifies there shipping details and requirements of their order.
• Ensuring accuracy of the shipments and supporting documents. Arranging and receiving stocks from production into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinates with the sales department and finance department.
• Preparing all the documents using BAAN IV ERP for the dispatch and give the information to the transporter.
• Preparing all the required documents for import & export dispatch and coordinates with the freight forwarders.
• Making daily and monthly performance reports and also preparing monthly import and export report through our internal system.
• Assisting the Manager whilst on leave or out of the country, interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing them safety regulations are applied. Supervise and support all the work of my staff.
• Responsible for checking, ordering, receiving and maintaining online stocks.
• Supervise and assist in warehouse and shipping areas including filling and shipping of items in all branches orders.
• Accomplish Daily Stock Inventory Report and proper filing of all inventory documents.
• Stock ordering, purchasing and receiving from various suppliers.
• Taking all the orders in all branches and dispatch according to their supply need.
• Responsible for Physical Stock taking for Monthly and Yearly Inventory.
• Inventory controlling and checking all stocks through ORION system.
• Accomplish and check all the transaction of sales returned and faulty stocks.
• Upgrading all the mobile phones to new software version.
• Training, coaching, counseling and appraising staff.
• Stock ordering and receiving from various Suppliers.
• Preparing monthly stock counting/inventory report.
• Assisting the Manager whilst on leave or out of the country, that includes all Managerial duties.
• Merchandising the store in accordance with the weekly focus.
• Attending the customer and handling the cash register and balancing daily transaction.
• Invoice updating through Central Payment System.
• In charge for the Vandenbergh and Lever Industrial Division.
• Encoding, checking the stocks and creating invoices and gate pass.
• Inventory controlling through SDIS system.
• Taking Orders from various clients.
• Preparing all the orders for the next day delivery.
• Checking and loading all outgoing stocks for delivery.
• Coordinates with the supervisor for Physical Inventory every month.
