• Plan, organize and conduct qualification trainings as per ISO 14692, Shell DEP 31.40.10.19 and ASME B31.3
inside and outside of the Sultanate of Oman.
• Inspect, supervise and provide technical assistance related to the installation of GRP/FRP pipe system for
various oil & gas, industrial and petrochemical industries inside and outside of Oman.
• Oversee trenching and earthwork activities (pre-padding, post padding, backfilling) for the underground
GRP/FRP pipeline and the installation of supports and anchor points for aboveground piping system.
• Manage field service crew on the daily testing and qualification activities such as jointing and bonding
activities, loss of ignition (LOI) test, glass transition (Tg) tests, hydrostatic and burst tests.
• Prepare and review project related documents such as technical drawings, contracts, installation and
testing procedures.
• Witness and monitor various GRP/FRP jointing, installation and field testing in compliance to international
and projects standard.

• Conduct qualification training for handling and installation of fiberglass pipe system in accordance with ISO 14692 (Petroleum & Natural Gas Industries - Glass Reinforced Plastic Piping)
• Supervision of both above & below ground fiberglass piping installation including various jointing technique mainly for GRE (Glassfibre Reinforced Epoxy), GRP (Glassfibre Reinforced Polyester) and GRV (Glassfibre Reinforced Vinyl ester)
• Supervision & inspection of GRP fuel storage tanks & waste oil tanks installation for ADNOC filling stations in the UAE
• Leads the crew to conduct deflection test for underground piping installation for municipal projects in Abu Dhabi
• Preparation of project procedures for different pipe jointing technique such as field lamination joint, flanged joint, threaded make-up joint, rubber seal lock joint & adhesive bonded joint.
• Assist in preparing the planning schedules for the entire work (manpower, machinery, materials and equipment)
• Attend site management review meetings to discuss various construction related issues and opportunities for system and execution improvements.
• Preparation of Risk Assessment, Job Hazard Analysis or Activity Hazard Analysis based o the procedures and as per required HSE standard.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and site crews to verify and ensure that construction related issues and opportunities for system and execution improvements.
• Supervision of electrical trench and duct bank construction for 33 KV and 132 KV cable for from main electrical supply to different substations
• Assist in preparing the planning schedules for the entire work (manpower, machinery, materials and equipment)
• Ensure the surveying works is executed as plan and fixing salient coordinates as per requirement
• Attend site management review meetings to discuss various construction related issues and opportunities for system and execution improvements.
• Coordinate between the HSE, QA/QC, Subcontract, Engineers and the Sites Construction Engineers to make sure that the construction organization is implemented and that the contractor’s and subcontractors’ works and performance are efficiently inspected, supervised and monitored, taking into consideration cost, progress manpower and material aspects
• Ensure earth works and excavations as in compliance with required depth to comply with drawing
• Coordinate with QA/QC and site crews to verify and ensure that construction related issues and opportunities for system and execution improvements
• Plan, direct, coordinate and control the engineering aspects of the project from the site office, including additional drawing modifications
• Plan, design and supervise of swimming pools and water feature projects
• Preparation of plans and detailed drawings and ensure that the developments are within the specification
• Coordination with consultants on all problems and issues regarding projects implementation
• Involve in sales and purchasing of swimming pool equipments and other related materials
• Preparation of method statements and project quality plans
• Preparation of quotations and other related document necessary for tendering
• Scheduling of manpower and procurement materials needed for a certain project
• Conduct investigations of workplace accidents and injuries; and analyze data to develop preventive safety procedures and training
• Perform reviews/inspections of facilities, machinery and equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and maintain safe working conditions
• Enforce health and safety standards, laws, rules, policies, and procedures at company facilities
• Coordinated and supervised engineers, contractors, staff under me and made the process clear that I get the report of daily activity of each staff by end of day
• Monitored and ensured that the development is done as per specification without violating government standards
