posts top 10 pupils in his section before the distribution of cards
*confers with parents of children having low academic performances for follow ups and possible remediation or interventions
*Gives out the Report Cards on the scheduled time
*Makes plans for the homeroom PTA and the future conferences with them
*Keeps a record of Children's admission slips during examinations
*keeps consolidated grades of his advisory
* overall in charge of the classroom management
* prepares and submits monthly assessments via email
* supervises children during recess and lunch
*Makes plans to keep the classroom and its belongings in proper places
* provides assistance and possible conferences to Student teaching interns under his tutelage
* delegates tasks to student teaching interns within the tutelage
*mentors and assesses and gives feedbacks student teaching interns during their internship program
*Provides lesson for the student teaching interns to be demonstrated to the learners

teaching Summer IT Class students the basics of Japanese Language( strokes, and conversational Japanese)
