Reporting technical information regarding constructions and commissioning activities.

Responsible for the construction, commissioning and operation & maintenance of WTO and BOP at Power Plant. Support for the chemical cleaning and steam blowing commissioning. Presently assigned as enineer for punch list.

I am presently assigned as site engineer of the industrial wastewater, water treatment, wastwater treatment plant for contuction, installation, commissioning, and operation & maintenance.

I prepare the materials required for installation and contruction. I supervise all the activities to comply with consultant requirement. After the approval of the plant commissioning will start.

I am also in charge in supervision of repair of air blowers and motors, submersible pumps replacement of damage parts, Repair of aeration system and maintenace of membranes.

Supervise preventive maintenance works: change oil, apply grease, check allingment, check temperature, excessive vibration, repair leakages.

Calibrate instrument, check faulty electrical control and submit report on time.

Responsible for the Operation and Maintenence of Sewage Treatment Plant with Capacity of 6400 m3/day

Reporting to Operation Manager.

Attend client meeting, submit correspondence and reports.

Provide solution to plant problem by troubleshooting.

Develop Maintenance schedule and program to prevent equiment brakedown.

Review Laboratory test results and make adustment to operation to achieve effluent standards.

Prepare requisition for spareparts, consumable and repairs.

Maintain housekeeping at all times.

Prepare commissioning, calibration and handover.

Prepare permit to work.
