• Responsible for management reporting.
• Support the HR Business Consultant Team and any other ad hoc projects from time to time.

• All types of correspondence for employees (e.g. employment and salary certificates, experience letter of employees, visa request letter to embassies, training and internship certificates, etc.)
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and facilitating on-line and in-office assessment.
• Assisting HR Colleague on Career Fairs at several universities (AUM, GUST, AUK, & Kuwait University).
• Induction of new graduates and new joiners, creating personnel files, and filing of papers and documents.
• Directly reporting to HR Senior Manager, providing HR related reports.
• Launching on-line voting for ‘employees of the month’ from each service line throughout the year.
• Acting as a liaison for agencies like insurance companies and corporate card office for employee health and medical policy, BUPA international, and AMEX card applications. Employee claim reimbursement submission and deletion of membership.
• Employee Bahrain exit arrangement.
• Air ticket provision thru the company’s travel desk booking, for new joiners and employee trainings outside Kuwait.
• Annual airfare allowance report provision for all employees of different home countries.
