- Plan, develop and carry out environmental audits to check compliance and initiates environmental improvements of the company.
- To review the environmental performance of the company to ensure compliance with legislation and standards. I.e. UAE Law no 24, UAE Law no. 21, AD EHSMS, ISO 14001 etc..
- Conduct environmental inspection to check compliance to ES OEMP (Operation Environment Management Plan) based from the result of EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment).
- To ensure that an environmental management system (EMS) is working effectively.
- Carry out and update aspect impact assessment as per requirement of the standards.
- To review and develop report on the environmental performance against set objectives and provide regular feedback to management through management committee reviews and meetings.
- Continually identify opportunities for continual improvement of environmental performance.
- Look at the management system of the organizations to make sure that the commitment, resources, training and allocation of responsibilities exist to put an environmental management system in place.
- Provide environmental awareness and training to employees to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge, skills and competence to perform their task in an environmentally-friendly manner.
- Research environmental regulations and review publications for additional information relevant to environmental auditing.
- Assist in environmental projects to minimize the impacts of activities through effective air, water, soil and waste emissions treatment and control, and adopt practices to ensure resource conservation..
- Perform other audits i.e. QMS, OHSAS 18001, AD EHSMS as required.
- Supervise, drive compliance and initiate improvements of ADNC’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities
- Spearhead the company’s certification to international standards in accordance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Provide expert advice in accordance to requirements of international ISO standards, UAE federal laws and AD EHSMS requirements i.e. COP’s, RF elements & Guidelines, RI Mechanism, SRA AD EHSMS
- Coordinates to various government agencies i.e. EAD, CWM, OHSAD, and IDB in compliance and alignment to Abu Dhabi Vision 2030.
- Conduct various QHSE training such ISO awareness training, Risk Assessment, Aspect Impact evaluation, various statistical techniques etc…
- Lead and Mentor auditors to perform internal audits to various departments and main responsible in decision making for unresolved audit issues.
- Perform other task as requested by ADNC Management.
- Provide guidance and involvement in the set-up of the overall management system of TATWEER clients in accordance to International standards i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, ISO 29001, ISO 19011 and API standards.
- Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of clients’ Management Systems aligned to the International Standard for QMS’s, ISMS’s, OH&SMS’s, ITSM, FSMS, ISMS and IMS’s in particular focus areas.
- Conducts internal Auditing in compliance with the latest International standards.
- Assist clients to achieve recognitions and showcase their excellence thru the SKEA (Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award) and DQA (Dubai Quality Award).
- Develop, prepare and conduct Management System seminars for In house and Public such as : ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, ISO 2000-1, ISO 27001 and ISO 29001.
- Developing Management System structure, Organization’s Process Model, Gap Analysis for Non-conformance to the International Standard, Documentation, and Implementation, Data Analysis and measurement to tailor/align ISO conformances for continual company improvements.
- Perform and assist in data analysis with the use of various statistical techniques and recommend solutions based on statistically significant results.
• Overall in-charge & driver of Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction activities for SunPower Fab2 solar Cell manufacturing site
• Oversee and guide functions of Customer Quality Engineer, Quality System Engineer, Calibration Engineer and Quality Technicians.
• Develop, Improve and manage the Company’s documentation and records control system to ensure compliance/conformance to document and records control standards
• Spearhead Certification of the Company to ISO 9001:2000 version, Quality Management System
• Provide technical assistance to quality systems / procedures and other line issues to ensure quality conformance and improvement on processes / systems are within standard operating procedures and guidelines
• Involvement in PSC (Preventive System, Simplification and Customer Satisfaction) activities of the organization.
• Support fabwide and Corporate SQE(Supplier Quality Engineering) functions.
• Review and determine compliance to systems and procedures effectiveness
• Participate in MRB(Material Review Board), RMA(Returned Material Authorization), CAPA(Corrective Action Preventive Action), PCR(Process Change Review), TCR(Transfer Copy Review), TLD(Tool Lockdown), SPC review and other reviews.
• Assist in OBA and Calibration activities. Participate in Internal Quality Audit and In-process audit.
• Lead, motivate, manage and develop people in order to meet goals of the organization
• Support and implement SunPower Environmental Management System
• Overall Secretariat of ALL ISO 9000 related activities of the company.
• Generate plans, provide communications on ISO plans, updates, status & results of QMS activities .
• Coordinate with the certification body on schedules/changes/concerns regarding QMS.
• Responsible for necessary documentation of company’s quality management system.
• Feedback/report to top management on progress on QMS implemetation & it’s sustenance.

• Spearhead ALL SPC programs of the company, formulate SPC policies and goals, evaluate SPC programs, recommend SPC tools to be used, develop more advance SPC, conduct SPC training.
• Conduct SPC patrol to check/verify implementation of the tools to critical & non-critical processes
• Report to management the extent of SPC application and the benefits gained in controlling the process stability.
• Conducts trainings on 7 Quality Control Tools (7 QC), Basic Statistical Process Control (SPC), Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility GR&R), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Inspection Capability Study (ICS), Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), 8 Discipline (8D), Design of Experimen• Lead auditor for supplier audit team to conduct periodic evaluation on all subcontractors of the company focusing on the effectiveness of their systems & continual improvement activities. Also, part of the group that audits the system and capability of all calibration bodies that provide services to HICAP.
