• Collect data in a daily basis from various sources.
• Load collected data from the designed database table relationship in Microsoft Access.
• Retrieve data for reports to the stakeholders and healthcare provider/partners.
• Manage and store in both hard copies and soft copies for all received clearances for future references.
• Initiate the adjustment of the reconciled amount in the system.
• Accommodate enquiries of healthcare providers related to payment details such as prompt payment, down payment, reconciliation adjustment amount and claim rejection details.
• Exclusively handles medical insurance processes (addition, deletion, follow up approvals/process)
• Perform data extraction, data cleansing and sorting. Execute other administrative tasks as assigned by the managers.
• Prepare adhoc reports.
• Provide statistical and data analysis to key stakeholders.
• Production of enhance reports from SQL/Query data stored. Reports include dashboards, SLA (service level agreement), AHT(average handle time), productivity and employee’s daily utilization using advance function in MS Excel.
• Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems and data analytics that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Continually monitor insurance policy data and identify underlying trends to provide analytical support to the Policy Admin department.
• Automate any re-occurring reporting and transform large volume of data in a readable format for leadership and or customers.
• Manage and maintain database using MS Access SQL Query. Keeping the sales and marketing database up-to-date, import new data and updating records. Design and analyze interrelation between tables, create SQL/Queries to be able to generate complex and specialized reports.
• Work closely with Marketing Analyst in the preparation of marketing statistics and monthly sales plan
• Coordinate weekly direct mail initiatives (mail merge, individual letters, printing, checking signing and packaging).
• Preparing adhoc reports for sales and marketing department
