Working as Accounts Payable Specialist. Daily task includes:
1. Assisting the Manager
2. Review invoices before payment
3. Propose improvemens on the current process
4. Resolve issues on invoices by coordinating with the vendor, procurement and Warehouse
5. Maintain retention file and process the release
6. Other task assigned by the Manager
Monitoring of Accounts Receivable and Cash Management
Handled Receivables, Payables, Bank Transactions, Petty Cash, LG & LC Processing, Receiving of Purchase order in the system, Payroll & helped in FS preparation. Assisted external auditors by providing the necessary documents/schedules.
Handled Receivables, Foreclosed Properties of the Bank, Prepayments and Amortizations, Advances to Subsidiaries/Related parties.
Responsible for all accounting functions.
I graduated as Outstanding Student with an average of 91%, I was also a consistent scholar from first year until I graduated. I received various awards such as Best Student in Accounting subjects and recipient of award from Phil. Institute of Certified Public Accountant (PICPA) as most outstanding member of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountant (JPIA). I also won as grand champion in the Accounting Quiz bee when I was in third year college, and I represented our region (Region IV - Southern Tagalog) in the national level competition (All regions in the Philippines).
