• Open accounts and input customer and bank data
• Manage customers portfolio, and helping them manage their funds (simple current account, term deposit… ), increasing the number and value of their portfolio
• Upsell customers on the bank’s newest products and services with the right sales techniques (line of credit, credit cards, special rates)
• Troubleshoot problems related to customer finances and management
• Contact customers, deliver debit and credit cards and also policy insurance
• Prospecting new clients and assists them for loan application ( collecting detailed information and documents , explaining the different types of loans )
• Analysis of various types of loan ( risk, guaranties needed, quota calculator…)
• Monitoring the loan and following up of the timely repayment
• Ensure full compliance with all in place with bank procedures and with audit recommendations

• Attracting new customers SME clients (small and medium enterprises) with different types of enterprises (SARL : Limited Liability company, SAL : publicly limited company, Offshore company, Holding SAL ..)
• carry out detailed review of documentation and customer’s records and assess the viability of the SME business requests through detailed credit visits and make appropriate recommendations in order to process with the flow of the business loan and send it to the risk management department
