Responsible for training new export staff as and when required.
In charge of preparing documents for Exportation from JAFZA to GCC.
Administer the export team of 6 staff and check all Export Documents before handling over to the forwarder.
In-charge of giving Instruction to each export staff for their daily responsibilities.
Responsible for booking all outbound shipment with the forwarder.
Applying Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Legalization of Documents in the consulate, Conformity Certificate and other documents the consigned countries require.
Coordinates with the Suppliers, Brand Merchandisers, Warehouse Team Leaders and Freight Forwarding Companies in everyday shipment transactions.
Checking status of all shipments which are due to arrive in the warehouse and prepares the same for the final destination.
Sending pre-alert documents to all consigned country destinations for their clearing and accounting purposes.
Prepares outbound report to check if all shipments are dispatch.
Filing and encoding all documents on a daily basis
Administer the manifest of all cargoes being delivered daily.
Segregates all shipments to their exact destination.
Supervise the delivery staff for their daily activities and deliveries.
Scanning cargoes to be updated in on-line system.
Collecting all proof of delivery from the delivery staff and encoding the same to update the system.
Receive shipments or documents from the customer and update it on system.
Prepares manifest for daily outbound shipments to be sent in the hangar for their distribution.
Hand over daily cash sales to branch cashier.
•Ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness around the counter area.
•Supervise baggers and cashiers if they are doing good.
•Handling customer inquiries.
