•Prepare proposal based on the need and budget for the planned programs
•Allocate funds to the NGO’s and continuously evaluate the programs, evaluate LFA’s.
•Expert in handling projects in the areas of Water, Sanitation, Hygiene, Health, Education, Model villages, Vocational trainings, Agriculture, Livestock, Women and Child health
•Can handle any type of project and complete it within time frame
•Is Good in presentation, writing articles and documentation
•Presented CSR activities through stalls in CSR summits and conferences
•Has good and fair relations with the local and state governance bodies
• Has good leadership and management skills
