Networks & Information Security
* Design and propose IT Networks, Cyber Security and Collaboration based solutions to customers
and prospects.
* Involved in preparing technical specifications, documentation including responses and proposals
to RFI/RFP’s.
* Ensure that all solutions fit within the customer’s technical as well as budgetary requirements.

* Managing the installation, commissioning, configuration & maintenance of data, voice and security
networks, and their solutions.
* Providing constant support / training to clients for resolving critical technical issues, ensuring
higher customer satisfaction matrices.
Postsales and presales activity including designing, configuring and troubleshooting Alcatel-
Lucent voice networks.
* Managing the installation, commissioning, configuration & maintenance of Alcatel-Lucent voice
products and call center solutions.
* Achieving revenue targets.
Area of Expertise across Assignments/Projects:
* Prepare responses to RFI/RFP depending on customer requirements and budgetary
considerations.
* Map the proposed solution to meet requirements of customers with appropriate business cases.
* Worked on IT solutions for Enterprise, Government, Hospitality and Retail sectors.
* Worked on projects involving end-to-end IT infrastructure design including On-prem and Cloud
solutions with Borderless Networks, IT Security, Collaboration and Unified Computing Systems
(UCS) for Datacenter requirements.
* Design of end-to-end Information security solutions including Network security (NGFW, IPS),
Content security (Web and Email), Endpoints security (Next-Gen Antivirus, APT), Application
security (WAF, Reverse Proxy), Data security (DLP, encryption), Cloud and IoT Security, Zero-
Trust, in-line with regional and global compliances.
* Involved in SaaS/IaaS, Hybrid and SD-WAN offerings with SASE framework.
* Design of Cisco Meraki Solutions and Unified Collaboration Communication systems.
* Worked with Wireless Guest Analytics solutions like Skyfii, Purple WiFi, etc.
* Design of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager
Express and Cisco Contact Center Express/Enterprise to deliver Omni channel experience to
customers.
* Exposure to Hyper Converged compute solutions.
