• Panel & field operation for Direct Reduction Plant- within the department and supporting services departments for smooth running of plant with optimum production and operating parameters.
• Perform periodic routine operations such as switch over of pumps or equipment startup and shut down, inspection and operation of Briquetting machines, control valves, motors, vessels, pumps, compressors and conveyors, Safe Work Permit, control in the field activities.
• Monitor, control and adjust process parameters to ensure operation safety and product quality /reliability.
• Man and machinery management for efficient production.
• Responsible for smooth running of plant with optimum production and operating parameters in shift basis.
• Ensure plant facility start up and shut down, deriving of plant and specific qualification requested as well as ensuring first line plant security and safety. Proper handling of plant abnormalities.
• Recording, analysis and reporting plant operating parameters and maintaining the data in company ERP system and data bank.
• Participating in troubleshooting and brainstorming sessions.
• Communication and effective implementation of process changes.
• To get optimum / design production at the given input feeds.
