I collaborate and guide HR teams on issues relating to hiring for
professional salaries, skilled labour, and workforce development. I monitor
all employment contracts adhere to Group policy and labour law by directing
and supporting company talent acquisition team. I manage all company-wide HR
activities, such as new hire orientation, employee relations, separations in
adherence to HR procedures. I deliver senior leadership of company’s
strategic advice and guidance regarding human resources. Introduce training
for company's senior HR employees. I discuss and agree deadlines with
internal audit department as required in order to close company HR audit
points under supervision of HR Director. I support firms to co-ordinate
employee compensation and benefits with C and B grade scheme.
Revamped HR processes from Talent Acquisition to Off boarding to
reduce transaction turnaround time to 30%.
Reviewed and simplified numerous HR letters correctly, results in 40%
reduction in risk of legal problems.
Implemented HRIS system for Group to increase employee experience by
automating whole employee life cycle.
Streamlined employee visa under VAT registered entities in co-
operation with Group Finance, preventing Group from being exposed to
4M VAT penalty.
I employed both native and foreign workers. For new hires, I arranged
joining tickets, visas, and hotel bookings. Employee attendance and absences
were under my orders. I sent the accounting department the information on
employee attendance for the monthly payroll. Together with PRO, I improved
my visa and work card. In response to demands, I wrote multiple employee
letters. I oversaw the employee off-boarding process, which included
clearance, visa cancellation, and return flights.
