• Managing Middle East Vendors for Bloomberg Regional Client and office support.
• Providing support to Bloomberg TV Engineering for Bloomberg Middle East Studio.
• Bloomberg Anywhere user Enrollment including biometrics on physical and android / IOS mobile devices Working with Corporate technology team with internal IP Telephony using Cisco Systems and Webex.
• Handling all desktops, laptops and mobile hardware issues.
• Network printer installation and management for internal users.
• Doing internal desk moves for each department as per internal facility’s request.
• Supporting Marketing team for Bloomberg events - both internal & external by setting up Bloomberg demo terminals and PODs on event site.
• Managing the Meeting rooms and Auditoriums for internal meetings and conferences
• Assisting users with work from home issues including remote desktop, Webex and Zoom/ Teams
• Working closely with Asset management team and keeping the IT inventories and managing the shipping to and out of region.
• Closely working with clientele, supporting at their site.
• Installation of network Routers (Cisco/Juniper/Nokia) and servers in both internal and external data centers.
• Handling Bloomberg Data center in Dubai by, including Hardware installation, inter cabinet cabling, Cross connects and also managing access to the DC for External engineers.
• Supporting clients for Bloomberg hardware swap and Bloomberg private line installation and liaising with Internal network support team and Telcos for any issues.
• Supporting Bloomberg Engineering Infrastructure team on day-to-day operations of Regional Data Centers
• Providing support on Bloomberg technical support vendors in Middle East Countries on SAP issues on hardware delivery/swap.
• Support Bloomberg's software, network and hardware offerings while coordinating with clients and partners.
• Fix, supervise, handle, and maintain all Bloomberg’s private IP network including connectivity and infrastructure.
• Integrate and support Bloomberg products and services into our clients’ environments including fixing and debugging application issues.
• Multitask to prioritize a high volume of simultaneous calls, instant message and tickets, alongside team related tasks and initiatives.
• Providing exceptional support to the clientele.
• Responsible for the Management, Implementation, and Support for the Bloomberg Data
center environments. Assist the clients to install Bloomberg terminal and Bloomberg circuits.
Install and configure Routers and other related devices for Bloomberg Data Center and
Regional office in a very dynamic 24x7 work environment.
• Responsible for performing and coordinating maintenance of all networks, AV and Desktop
Equipment as needed to support Bloomberg Regional operation.
• Key clients supported are ADIA, FAB, ENBD, ADNOC, PIF, Aramco & many regional Financial and Banking institutions.
• Responsible for the Management, Implementation, and Support for the Bloomberg Datacenter environments.
