Manage value-added, Government-oriented programs focused on process improvement and technology
advancement in line with the conditions of the Telecommunications Law and service licenses. The scope
includes governance of end-to-end licensing affairs, audits and compliance with respect to Lawful Access
Plan as being regulated by the Authority. A thorough practitioner of Project Management Body of Knowledge
(PMBOK) to manage projects and programs.
Achievements
* Implementation of Licensees Information Management System (LIMS) : Conceptualized and executed
a management information system for managing service licenses and licensees. The project was
executed within the planned budget on time without any scope creeps. LIMS was nominated as one
of the entries from the Kingdom of Bahrain for GITEX Awards in 2018.
* Successfully executed a Program for revoking more than 100 services licenses (through 50+ projects)
considering the provisions of the Telecommunications Law - reporting to the Government.
* Published Revenue Reporting Regulation, a legal instrument for the benefit of the Government to
ensure that the revenue of telecommunications operators are accurately reported. Managed the
program through multiple, internal and external stakeholders

* PMO : Set up a Project Management Office (for the Directorate) and devised templates to capture
KPIs and various status reports for the benefit of the Management to assist in governance that
improved the accuracy, transparency and compliance.
* Selected as one of the 5 members of “Enterprise Architecture Council” which was constituted to
advice on enterprise architecture in Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
* In collaboration with other Government stakeholders, has been a team member of the project to
revamp the extant Telecommunications Law

Management, Service Assurance & Delivery, Telecom Billing supervision, Customer Services, Sales
& Marketing.

* In the capacity of a Project Manager, successfully implemented Oracle ERP (e-Business Suite)
