Analysis and maintenance of steel fabrication machines, Lathe machine, milling machines, shaper machine, shearing machine & Drill press.
•Prepares various reports on normal, breakdown and critical maintenance work. Carries out other related duties, such as compiling time sheets, store stock requisitions, minor disciplinary actions and special technical reports.
•Finding root causes of all rotating and auxiliary parts and rectifying them.
•Operate maintenance Fork lift and working platforms as required.
•Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipments.

Making scheduled checks on tire curing presses, moulds, LAP machines, Auto Clave and pneumatic hoists. Monitoring and validating sump(hot & cold) level, dome temperature and trench level steam pressure periodically. Extensive experience in shut down maintenance, start-up & mould preparations. Manpower management, supply chain management & inventory management.
Operation and maintenance procedures of Tyre curing Presses (Bag-o-matic).
•Preparing checklists and trouble shooting of tyre curing presses, moulds, Auto clave and hoists breakdown analysis, preparation of preventive maintenance schedule and energy management.
•Daily monitoring & validation of sump (hot & cold) level, dome temperature, steam consumption and losses in each trenches.
•Provides technical assistance to technicians and planners to optimize the work resources.
•Analysis and documentation of daily work status on SAP ERP 6.0 .
•Finding the root cause of the various defects due to irregularities in curing process, steam losses or bladder inflations occurred during curing and rectifying it.
•Operation, maintenance and repairs of LAP Machine, pneumatic air compressors, Deaerators, pumps, valves and all other auxiliary systems.
•Assist in planning maintenance activities, including weekend works & plant shutdown maintenance.
•Prominent team player in plant level Synergy projects like steam consumption, reduction and Bladder Degradation reduction projects.
•Successfully completed as a Project coordinator - MSA - Measurement system analysis.
•Assist in providing awareness classes about different defects occurs in finished cured tyres due to irregularities during different stages of curing process to workers and inspectors.
•Checking and Trouble shooting of Auto clave, PLC, Trimming machines, hydraulic & pneumatic hoists and pneumatic air motors. Shutdown & startup activities of all curing and steam generation system of the plant.
•Maintaining the documents as per ISO-TS 16949, ISO 14001, & BS OSHAS 18001.Awareness of 5S, KAIZEN, BBS, DWM, SOP & involvement in Six Sigma initiatives.
•Participated special training for SAP, MSA, and ‘ZERO Defect’ training.
•Gained good knowledge for installation and site acceptance for all field analyzers.
