General Administration :
Analyze and resolve problems associated with servers, storage, antivirus, email spam firewalls.
Configured hardware on servers like DELL, IBM/Lenovo (3100 M4, 3250 M5, 3650 M4, 3650 M5 etc..)
Configured hardware and raid on servers like IBM Dell, HP.
Configured Raid, Upgrade firmware for better performance on the above mentioned servers.
Configured Canisters, performed intial setup of IBM v3700 Storwize. (SAN Storage).

Storage Administration :
Install, configure, perform firmware upgrade on HP, IBM, Synology SAN/NAS environment.
Detect, diagnose and report storage related problems on servers.
Load balance data and maintain high availability, add, remove and format additional nodes to clusters.
Coordinate support from vendors and contact customer service to resolve issues.
Provide fibre and SAS cable connectivity between storage and servers for faster performance.
Backup Administration :
Install and Manage servers client backups using Veeam Backup and Replication (Gartner rank#1).
Client and server installs and upgrades of Veeam B&R.
Configuring, scheduling backup and replication policies.
Using Veeam Backup and Replication for taking backup and replica’s of virtual machines
And hosts.
Using Veeam One to capture performance reports of the virtual machines.
Decent experience in taking tape backups.
Vmware Administration :
Managed Virtualization Environment using VMware ESXi 6, Vshpere 5.x, Vcenter.
Convert physical servers to virtual machines and add it to the virtual environment.
Upgrade Vcenter and Esxi hosts to the latest version of Vmware with zero downtime in production.
Configure High availability in between the Esxi hosts.
Maintain the Virtual machines in the best upgraded state.
Live migration critical application and file servers with zero downtime.
• Monitored TOI sites all over India (Including Press locations and Revenue offices) WAN traffic, network devices & servers with CA tools (CA Spectrum); liaised with clients pertaining to implementation & troubleshooting of network, LAN & WAN for Enterprise Network.
• Maintenance of the Switches and Modems provided to the client / replacing it with the new one’s.
• Worked in Client’s Data Centers while commissioning / testing a link.
• Co-ordinating with Client’s Network Team for resolution.
• Responsible for management of fiber optic cable line and ISP lines with fiber optics mux.
