Co-Console (ICAPS)
• Reporting to Commissioning Manager
• Monitor and control ICAPS PL items for the ULSC project to ensure that the Subsystem dossiers are completed on
time, by all disciplines, to meet Project Milestones
• Experience in Populating Punch’s & Closeout Punch items in Co-Console (ICAPS)
• Preparing Daily Progress Reports for all the Onshore/Offshore Project Activities.
• Organize & Coordinate the PL’s as per priorities & schedule at various stages of the Project
• Receive, check the accuracy & approve the PL’s coming and insure their correct entering in ICAPS
• Liaise with Construction and Comm. for PL clearance to meet project milestones
• Liaise with the ICAPS Specialists for the input and monitoring of PL items
• Liaise and expedite with the Comm. Discipline Engineers & Leaders, Operation and ICAPS
• Specialist for clearance of PL items in order to meet completion dates
• Assist the Commissioning Team to achieve subsystem punch list clearance as per planning
• Collect all the residual punch lists issued by all concerned parties including FAT punches and prepare the RFC
consolidated PL
• Take necessary action to ensure that no A items and few B & C items of minor importance are remaining at the RFC
signature
• Take necessary action to ensure that no B items and few C items of minor importance are remaining at the RFSU
signature
• Issue punch lists reports to be attached to the Precomm.& Comm. Certificates
• Monitor and report PL progress status by Sub-System
• Monitor progress of PL and Dossier completion to facilitate the “on time” signing of Subsystem certification as per
planning
• Set up systems for reporting on Subsystem certification status
• Present Certificates and associated PL for Comm. Leader signature as per planning
• Follow up overdue Subsystem certification and push for close out
• Participate to technical coordination / progress meetings with the NPCC-Technip Consortium. Attend other project
meetings as required or requested
• Initiate all necessary corrective actions to meet Comm. Targets
