Job Responsibilities
• Primary role is to handle the Retail outlet known as Reliance Communication Store and conduct promotional activities for increasing the sales volume. Looking care of the entire operations of these store including Customer Life Cycle Management, retention inbound sales and handling a Team of Executives (Sales, Collection & Customer Care)
• Responsible for the Postpaid and Prepaid sales (Mobile (CDMA & GSM), Fixed Wireless Phone & Data) in the market.
• Ensure smooth operation in the Retail outlet on Postpaid and Prepaid sales, Value Added Services (VAS), Prospect Generation activities (PGA).
• Recruiting Customer Care Executives, BDOs, Sales & Collection Executives hand holding, retaining, training on market nuances, motivating, ensuring career growth.
• Relationship management with assigned customer base, driving special offers for the assigned customer base in order to ensure up selling / cross selling and references
