This (Sprint Network Systems) Project includes Logical IP Provisioning for the Sprint and Network Resource Management. Supporting, enhancing GUI and database of NRM’s upstream and downstream Applications. Network design and planning, mobile rollout as well as work order and workforce management.
Roles & Responsibility
•Prepared Application Design Document based on the requirements.
•Developed database objects like tables, views, procedures and functions.
•Used SQL loader to load data from flat files into the database tables.
•Involved in unit testing and user acceptance testing.
•Working on enhancement and testing of the Network Recourse Management application with SQL and PL/SQL Scripts.
•Responsible for writing test cases based on the requirements.
•Handled ITIL way of incident management with responsibilities covering multiple requirements.
•Working on the permanent data fix of the issues which are existing in the application by writing SQL scripts.
•Working on data migration issues, change and feature requests as per the client requirements.
•Worked on different tools like SQL developer tool, Eclipse, HP Service manager, ALM and NC Support System.
•Developed automated scripts to aid operations and maintenance using existing JAVA APIs.
•Responsible for conducting meetings with the user and client for the better understanding of business requirements.
•Managing and presenting the status report directly to the client.
•Knowledge sharing with the new joiners in the project.
