In-Charge in Overseeing all MEPF Works and ID Fit out and Joinery
• Close Coordination with Client/Project Team, Other Trades / Sub Contractor and Consultants
• Maintain Work efficiency through proper supervision, discipline and well-planned deployment in
terms of number and skilled required
• Strict Implementation of Work program, achieving milestones on time, identification of critical
paths
• Careful design review and implementation of correct methodologies to ensure achievement of
the required quality of works
• Close coordination to PM/PD for the possible problems encountered during site implementation
• Ensure the MEPF and ID Fit out and Joinery work carried out is as per approved shop drawing
and within the time frame and meets the specification of the consultant requirements
• Complete responsibility to monitor on day-to-day work that needs to be carried out
• Close coordination with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines are met
• Project Planning and Material Quantity preparation

Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of the project
• Generation of Cost Proposal for every project of the company
• Preparation and Procurement of Materials needed onsite for project completion
• Coordination to Project Manager for the update on daily accomplishment
• Oversees schedule, sequence, and assignment for work activities based on work priority,
quantity, and skills of personnel
• Monitors manpower to ensure that instructions are followed, deadline are met, and schedules
are maintained
• Plans work schedules and assigned duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance
of activities and responds to changing workloads
• Confers with clients’ representatives, team leaders and/or sub-contractors to coordinate work
activities
• Informs and explains team leaders regarding daily job or work orders.

Project Management
• Assist Inspection of contractors for Company Projects
• Preparation of Bill of Materials
• Review Cost proposals of Contractors
• Review and Check permits and licenses of every contractor and workers before start of project
• Conduct Tool Box Meeting with Contractors’ workers
• Daily Project Monitoring
• Plans work schedule for every project to be conducted
• Coordinate to contractors’ Team leader, Project in-Charge and Project Managers for the Design
and changes in workloads
• Reporting of Daily accomplishment to Construction Team Assistant Manager
• Reporting of Weekly Accomplishment to Construction Team Manager and Division Manager
(Japanese and Filipino)
• Review billing proposals of contractors versus actual accomplishments for progress billings
• Serves as QA/QC on conducting punch list inspection after project completion
• Confirms and Signs Project Completion Sheet and issues Certificate of Completion

• Weekly Reporting to Department Manager for Accomplishment
• Monthly Reporting to Japanese Supports for Accomplishment
• Assist in day-to-day activities of department
• Handles machines for product evaluation process
• Assist and Supervise in Production Line
• Handles defects in Production Line for Production errors
