Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment from Head Office roles and F&B operation up to on boarding process.● Efficiently and effectively fill open positions on a timely manner by partnering with reputable recruitment agencies and using different portals e.g. LinkedIn, Caterer Global, and Bayt.● Arranging/facilitating open days to immediately fill the junior level vacancies.● Developing pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.● Working closely with the HR Director and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and effectively fill the vacancies, and briefing them about selected candidates' skill sets & selection's recommendation.● Build networks to find qualified and passive candidates.● Job postings on job sites, LinkedIn, and to our outlets to generate referrals from employees.● Conducting initial/prescreening interviews either on phone or face to face.● Reference check and negotiating offers.● Responsible for on-boarding process e.g. preparing & sending job offers, gathering all required documents for visa process, and to ensure timely follow up with the PRO for the visa approval, sending the visa to candidates outside UAE.● Prepares monthly report for analysis.● Prepares social media content with our graphic designer for employer branding in LinkedIn. ●Prepares employees' requests e.g. salary certificate, NOC, employment certificate, and other HR adhoc duties assigned.
