•Manage full recruitment process - source, screen, and interview candidates to fill existing and future
job openings within region/department including emergency openings.
• Continually evaluate current and potential diversity recruitment practices, ideas, and opportunities
in order to increase ability to source qualified and diverse candidates For Kuwait and all GCC
countries.
• Managing complete requirement & Selection process (Screening, arrange interviews e.g.(Face to
face /Penal /Skype), Selection of shortlisted candidates, releasing offer letters and Contracts.
• Coordinating Overseas Interview (India, Philippine, Sri Lankan, Nepal, European countries,
Kenya, Jordan).
• Prepares job offers and employment contracts.
• Conducting HR Orientation & release Induction plan (Handbook) for the new joiners ensuring
smooth operation for On Boarding and enter new hire data in HR information systems.
• Lead and manage various HR projects as directed by the Human Resources Manager and in-line
with HR objectives.
• Adding recruitment agencies overseas and local. Reviewing of contract, negotiate on contract.
• Publishing advertisement of job opening in Job portal (LinkedIn, Bayt.com, Indeed etc).
• Coordinating with contract staff agency in all GCC location.
• Preparation of Demand letter/JOB Order for required countries for deploying staff in GCC
location(Dubai, Qatar, Saudi, Bahrain and Oman).
• Assessed and improved compensation packages, attracting highly qualified applicants for
organizational vacancies.
• Coordinates with admin for staff all matters relating to residencies, official documents, visas. Visa
Process and GP Visa processing (i.e, Starting with visa application, work permit, Visa etc ).
• Coordinating with travel agent for air ticket for the process of Visa and new joining staff.
• Accommodation Allocation.
• Joining Formalities.
• Creates standard reports on HR metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis, Maintains employee master
data on Talent Hub
• Employee relation. Works closely with the business heads/Line Managers in monitoring
performance of staff and ensures development plan in place.
• Monitors the process of probation period for new joiners and makes sure all related documents are
completed.
• Support succession planning, organizational movements, and career planning
• Maintaining, reporting, and analyzing HR data
• Handling Employee complains.
• Resignation and termination related Problem.
• Assists the direct supervisor with all exit formalities.
• Act as the gate way for staff queries and provide appropriate professional guidance on human
resource issues.
