ISP implementation project deals with the inspection, vertical cabling, splitter installation and splitter patching connecting units end to end and to RFS the building to provide DU services to the customers.
Role and Responsibilities:

 Arranging inspection with Building management for ISP inspection.
 Assigning projects to the sub-contractors and co-ordinate with them until the completion of the project.
 Requisition of out NSR, DD, MRF, MIRF
 and SFP to the concern teams and arranging the needful.
 Arranging final operation inspection with the operations team by submitting the project on SEB portal and FSA.
 Submission of completion report to the Du project lead.
 Prewiring the splitters and building units in the Netcracker.
 Following up with the team to clear the snag until the project is RFS.
 Verification of BOQ and preparation of PAC and PR template.
 Verification and submission of sub-contractor invoices to the finance team.
 Extract data from SharePoint for data analyzation on weekly basis to submit to the management.
 Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
 Involve in the Weekly Team meetings to discuss about the progress and completion of the projects.

Project Details:
DigitalConsumer Service Fulfilment & Assurance project deals with the online requests of new orders, relocation, upgrade, downgrade, channel upgrade. Customer service activation, Router configuration, Field Visit, Service Management and End to End service activation for client Services.
Role and Responsibilities:

 Document Validating and verifying before processing the new work orders submitted via online medium.
 Scheduling prior appointment with Customer and telephonic validation of application information submitted.
 Assigning and coordinating with Field engineer to install and configure router with the desired scheduled time.
 Managing deadlines and progress across to ensure the services is delivered on time to the end customer.
 Ensuring work order creation with in the adhered given SLA.
 Registering client information for activation of Services in Siebel CRM (Client Network)
 Organizing third-party vendors to visit field with in the scheduled appointment time and ensure to deliver client elements for customer.
 Activation and customizing of the Value added services e.g. channel packages, landline number, DU TV services and Board band services.
 Completion of the assign task on daily basis and sharing daily tracker to the Management.
 Verifying the accounts of upgrade or downgrade accounts and creating upgrade /downgrade work orders.
 Actively involved in Daily, Weekly and Monthly SLA achievement report for the Management.
 Data feeding into the SharePoint portal on daily upon completion of the work order, which managed as a Client Database.
 Extract data from SharePoint for data analyzation weekly basis for SLA adherence report.
 Involved in the Weekly Team meetings to discuss on the pros and cons of the process

 Monitoring IBM MQ and maintaining WebSphere MQobjects such as Queue Managers, Queues, Channels and Listeners
 Retrieving data with SQL queries from oracle database.
