As a Business Analyst consultant to DDA, was actively involved in the management and development of projects related to:
• Single Window Application for Advertising related applications.
Integration with Dubai Municipality to ensure smooth transition of customer journey and data integration from DM application to DDA system.
• Web portal application for Master Planning and Site Plan Requests.
• Enhancement to daily operations on Salesforce CRM.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to understand the current system to bridge the gap between business needs and system limitations, provide solutions and apply feasibility check to incorporate the new proposed processes.
• Direct interactions with the Process Analyst and Business Users to gain consensus on the Business Requirements documents via BRD walkthrough session.
• Conducted BRD Handover sessions with the development team to ensure that the end product is aligned to the requirements.
• Involved in creating test cases for Quality Analysis and User Acceptance Testing as well as performed UAT demos to guide business users on the usage of the product delivered.
• Actively involved in the management of the project to ensure timelines are met at quality standard delivery.

• Participate in formulating and defining system solutions and objectives, based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business processes.
