In-charge of Procurement and Contracts various projects in KSA and Bahrain. . Act also as Project Support Supervisor (please see my CV)
1)SAUDI ARAMCO SHELL REFINERY-Saudi Arabia -
-Responsible in buying materials in all aspect as required by the projects local and foreign.
-Submit reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis of all the served and pending materials.
-Coordinate and submit requests to the Central Purchasing division all the requirements on weekly basis the petty cash reimbursements & replenishments, gasoline tickets, food purchases, accommodations supplies, transport vehicles, etc.
-Supervising the procurement team assigned in the project and coordinate with the
of daily procurement of materials as required by the site both local and foreign purchases
EXPERIENCES GAINED:
Experience in communicating with different levels of workers in Refinery.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and skills in using computer programs.

•Coordinate the supply of unavailable materials with the showroom manager
•Other task that maybe assigned in accordance to my duties and responsibilities.
- Sales and procurement of spare parts as required by customers
- Procurement of stock items in the showroom and warehouse
- Close coordination with warehouse personnel and make sure inventory level of materials are followed.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager the stock level of materials
- Other task as maybe assigned by the Manager
- Submit Reports and Monthly basis the sales of the staff assigned in different areas nationwide
- Inspection of the areas and see to it that salespersons are in their respective position and that stocks are complete and properly arranged
--Distribute leaflets, promotional samples, coordinates, and give instructions about the procedures of the
incoming promotions,
- Prepare monthly quota of salesperson
- Weekly meeting with salespersons with regards to the sales, new products, etc.
- Evaluate performances of the salesperson and give recommendations to the management the salary
adjustment, bonuses, terminations, etc.
- Other assigned task from the management.
