•Managing and distributing the activities among the production, lab & field Technicians.
•Documentation and updating all the required testing reports as per the inspection & Testing Plan and maintaining according to retention period.
•Carry out the required concrete trial mixes (Lab & Batching Plant).
•Control of Non-Conforming products identified during raw materials supply through frequent monitoring the incoming materials and during ready mix concrete supply.
•Participate and assist the Technical Manager in Deep investigation of Quality matters and disputes.
•Visiting the job site to check whether the quality control procedures implemented.
goals/Plans for the branch and ensure that those are met in an efficient and cost effective manner through the optimum utilization of assets and resources.
•Direct project development to ensure high quality of service delivery.
•Spot-checks of technical and non-technical performers and works methods in order to improve working standards.
•Contribute to the branch budget, develop divisional budget in coordination with business planning group.
•Monitor and control the Division’s budget to ensure that expenditure does not exceed agreed limits.
•Keeps abreast of new trends and development in the fields of customer satisfaction.
•Participate in recruitment, training, development and motivation of the staff and encourage them to ensure high levels of commitment.
•Promote the company image within the branch.
•Abide by, apply international Quality Management System, and ensure continual improvement of activities and performance.
•Ensure the conformity of the company with local regulatory requirement. Monitor procurement in the Branch.
