As I project manager, i manage the deliveries of a business hub and ensure that management objectives are entirely fulfilled within planned project releases by liasioning with the many components.
I have lead teams and executed several important software projects and applications.
1. Provided business solutions to clients and estimated and laid out project costs, delivery schedules and payment conditions in the proposal.
2. Lead projects, processes and people and reviewed the performance goals and progress for development and design team leads.
3. Evolved project workflow processes and review methods.
4. Hired developers and introduced mentorship programs and methods for appraisal.
5. Guided the content and core page construct for the design and development team.
6. Analyzed and created product architecture diagrams for the development of a tax filing product for Allegro.
As a consultant, proposed strategies for IT governance and provided thought leadership for Intranet and Knowledge management activities.
Channeled my expertise with web portals as the Webmaster for the Central European Region.
This is besides participating and contributing to key bid proposals.
Also as a part of the portfolio with CGE&Y, I have provided information technology consulting for the design and implementation of Interactive Voice Response application interface of Lucent Technologies -
1. Persistent model development and release management were major tasks as a systems development team member - personal work involved use of Oracle and PERL for the Controller development
2. Evaluated features and application of data and business process modeling tools.
3. Scheduled and coordinated software release cycles and provided release guidelines and provide support to QA department for executing the authored scripts.
