Supervise all line colleagues within the department ensuring that the correct standards and method of work is maintained. Taking care of arrival, in house, departure guests according to the hotel standards. Room orientations, all day dining services, special requests of the guests were to be handled accordingly.
Greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi tasking various front of the house duties. Responsible for efficient services of alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages from the bar.
• Provides a quality personalized service by knowing the residents by greeting them & providing door assistance in a day to day basis.
• Greets guests of residents & will be getting the approval of resident before sending up an unknown guest or visitor.
• Takes personal messages for residents & deliver them as designated.
• Making of dinner reservations, entertainment tickets, hail cabs, order for food delivery.
• To provide directions for local restaurants, clubs or retail outlets.
• To receive package deliveries & get them to the residents.
• Handling of move-ins & move-outs.
• Assists in timely resolutions of housekeeping & maintenance issues.
• Keeping records of resident phone numbers, frequent guests, preferences, local maintenance & service providers.
• Maintain available to provide assistance for any matter related to making the stay of the Hotel guests a pleasant and memorable one.
• Coordinate with room service the delivery of fruits for VIP guests and prepares the VIP fruit baskets. Replenish them on daily basis until the guest’s departure.
• For the VIP guests, welcome upon arrival outside their assigned room and offer assistance
• Assistance for the remainder of guests stay.
• Coordinate luggage handling with concierge sections
• Personalized wake up to the room with tea and coffee as per guest requests.
• Shoe shining, packing and unpacking luggage, collecting and delivering laundry and dry cleaning.
• Keep abreast of all hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, and upcoming events in order to be able to answer guest requests and questions.
• Completes cashiering transactions in accordance with the hotel’s credit policies.
• Responsible for up selling of facilities and services in the SBU and other Jumeirah properties.
• Fully responsible for the manning and cleanliness of the Butler Pantry & the Reception Desk on his/her respective floor.
• Ensures that each area is correctly stocked & operationally prepared at all times according to set standards.
• Maintains seamless interaction with guests in order to facilitate guest recognition, obtain preferences, anticipate guest needs and proactively action all their requests & requirements. Also, ensures the privacy and security of all the suite guests.
• Maintains a full & comprehensive knowledge of the products and services available in the SBU, other Jumeirah properties and the local area.
• Carries out guest registration, cashiering and other administrative tasks as per the standard.
• Inspects and Sets Up the arrival and occupied suites as per the guest preferences in accordance with the set standards.
• Maintains full control over the Private Bar Inventory including Replenishment, and Control on par stock as per the standard.
• Abides by all hotel and company policies and procedures including Health & Safety policies, Butler’s Grooming standards, punctuality/ attendance procedures and Quality standards.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management
Attends daily briefing & training sessions.
• Updates all guest registration details as per Profile Quality standards and properly files all dockets.
• Solely responsible for attending to all guest requests & feedback on his/her designated floor.
• Coordinates and liaises with all concerned departments in order to ensure smooth operations.
• Reports requests and work orders through HotSos.
• Handles electrical equipment’s and provides Food & Beverage service.
• Prepares a comprehensive Itinerary for guests for the duration of their stay as per the specifications and preferences of the respective guests.
• Promotes Sirius loyalty program to all guests.
• Communicates and constantly provides feedback with the Team Leader - Butler Services and Assistant Managers.

• To work as a link between the butlers, waiters/waitress and restaurant management, and is responsible for organizing an effective operation at the restaurant for breakfast, the villa pool F&B service, cafewdai restaurant a la carte lunch service and in room dining.
• To ensure that the arrival villas are thoroughly checked and that there is a proper coordination of the requirements by the front office to the butlers.
• Ensures that the micros are programmed as per the food and beverage menu and the wine list.
• Cooperates with beverage stores and cost control to ensure accurate inventories.
• To ensure to approach guest requests and complaints with professionalism, tact and maturity, and refer to the management.
• Ensuring to build a personal, but professional relation with regular guests in order to increase loyalty.
• Implementation of monthly training plans.
• To asses training needs of all subordinate colleagues.
• Monitoring and analyzing of colleague performance and report them to the outlet management.
• Train, coach and supervise newly employed colleagues and cross trainees.
• Forecasting and budgeting.
• Adheres to cashiering procedures.
• To ensure that the outlet performance objectives are successfully achieved by supervising that every colleague plays an active role in achieving these objectives.
• Maintaining and reducing all costs in line with the outlet budget.
• To carry out occasional duties as required by the outlet management.
• Use guest contact and up-selling skills to maximize profits and achieve revenue targets.
• Attend to all guests special guest requests.
• Interact with the guest in a discreet, personalized and professional manner.
• To be a continual source of help, assistance and information to guests.
• Act as VIP butlers as and when required.
• Coordinate with the reception for all arrivals and ensure proper amenities are placed in the villas.

Provides a friendly and relaxing environment for the guests and assists them on the services they require on their stay, food and beverage, restaurant bookings, bookings for other leisure facilities and information about the hotel, city and the country.
