• Oversee Scrum teams working on complex technical integrations and leading the development and implementation of change management processes within the organization.

o Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams responsible for continuous, iterative deliveries of Consumer Banking Next-Gen CRM platform based on business initiatives.
o Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and Scrum teams to define project goals, scope, and priorities.

o Liaison between Scrum teams and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment of project and change management objectives.
• Quality Assurance:
o Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with best practices.
o Implement agile project management methodologies and tools to enhance project outcomes.
