-Primary point of contact from customers for return purchased items, this includes calls and emails.
-Responding promptly, efficiently and professionally to all customer queries regarding returned items.
-To solve customer issues regarding returned items, replacement, repair and keep the customer appeased at all times.
-Handling customer queries with sensitivity, calmness, politeness and respect at all times.
-Recording, updating and filling of reports as when required.
-Follow up with customers and suppliers on all related calls, emails, queries and concerns on a daily basis and promptly.
-Ensures that all inventory and stock management systems are maintained and updated accurately.
-Receives delivered supplies, materials, and equipment; completes all paper work for stock items received.
-Manages stocks movement IN and OUT.
-Coordinates with Store operations staffs and executes weekly cycle counts of inventory materials based upon system reports.
-Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes such as Holidays, Spring and Summer.
-Ensures that all inventory and stock management systems are maintained and updated accurately.
-Receives delivered supplies, materials, and equipment; completes all paper work for stock items received.

-Strictly follows the company’s policies, procedures and ethos.
-Performs and settle disputes pertaining to the goods/materials being handled.
