Overall responsible for the performance of the technical production team.
Lead/Manage production team, assigning tasks to individuals, responsible for Projects’ deliverables, and conducting day-to day-output of production.
Manages project documentation - from concept presentation to construction phase.
Coordination of all design aspect in the drawing documentation from specifications to standard details.
Works with Design Managers, Design Director, Site director to ensure the project’s compliance with the given design, standards, policies and processes, and to ensure timely implementation and completion.
Provides overall direction of BIM activities of production team in assigned areas including BIM implementation, integration, maintenance, training, design interface, quality and identification of potential liabilities and/or concerns.
Reviews each drawing for readability, presentation and adherence to standards, in accordance to company QA/QC process and local authority regulations.
Develops and maintain BIM Families (annotations, standards, 2D & 3D) library following Company’s standards.
Provides strategy for increasing workflow efficiencies.
Train and supervise BIM/CAD team in core application skills and standards.
Lead and audit project information models and drawings to ensure team working in line with CAD/BIM standards.
Develops and plan short- and long-term resource plans and develop budget and overall program for the team.
Conducts meeting/workshop with the ID consultants, Lead architect, projects managers, Development managers and other specialist for coordination and implementation of design and local regulations.
Prepares relevant technical design solutions.
Manages team time allocations per project requirements.
Researches and awareness of job relation international trends.
Reports weekly progress.
Reviews full documentation drawings from different external consultants.
