Generate Project baseline schedule, planning procedure & work productivity calculation in line with the Engineering standards.
Develop project material requirements as stipulated in the contract.
Responsible in developing project forecast cash expenditure against income.
Responsible in preparation & submission of Progressive and Milestone based invoices in line with the procedures and agreed benchmarks as per contractual requirements and approved documents.
Responsible in analyzing Extension of time if any further delays incurred during project execution \[Both Time & cost impact\]
Coordinate with Construction Managers & site Engineers in day-to-day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program.
Generation of reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis as part of project monitoring with use of planning tools as per requirements & application with inclusion of latest forecast & look-ahead plans
Monitor & track of Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities on approved registers and coordinate with Company and Client for mitigation of risks and delays
Analyze & interpret project contract requirements to determine functions and responsibilities of workers required to avoid areas of duplication
Generate work measurement programs and analyze workforce utilization based on quantitative work load, project schedule requirements and costs to determine worker and equipment efficiencies.
Organize and manage actual resource requirement and Expedite material delivery schedule to timely achieve the project milestone.
Develop project baseline based on contract scope, monitoring and controlling projects with respect to the allocated budget without delaying project milestone & quality requirements
Prepare Contractual Letters highlighting major issues affecting the critical path of the project and highlighting with the potential to affect the project to allow robust back up for future claims.
Monitor regularly the critical path extracted from the approved baseline schedule and immediately advise the project management team if any issues that might hamper the critical path and establish means and methods for recovery.
Inspect & Survey plant maintenance requirements such as specific activity to be carried out, Design, materials, equipment’s & manpower to properly establish the Turnaround schedule to come up with optimum performance during plant operation
Incharge in the preparation for the distribution of the Manpower estimated for completion of each construction activity and is fed in P3 and utilized to calculate activity weightages and manpower requirements. Feeding the contract prices and is distributed over activities and fed in the schedule and utilized to develop Project Progress S Curves.
Preparation of Monthly progress reports, One-month & One-week Look Ahead Schedule using primavera project planner (P3)
Project monitoring and control, program updates and make recovery plan as necessary using Primavera Project Planner;
Monitoring progress accomplished each day work and monitor every day the flow of the project.
Preparation of construction schedule using primavera project planner (P3) as per client requirements.
Incharge in the preparation of the hourly schedule prior for the one month shutdown works at Uthmaniyah Saudi Aramco Pump Station (Electrical/Instrumentation & Piping Tie In Shutdown Works) using primavera project planner (P3).
Involve in the critical path analysis of the schedule.
In-charge in the preparation of excel format for billing & progress tabulation.
Conduct quantity survey at site.
Assist in analyzing and using schedule data to identify key project issues, gathers data for schedule development appropriate to task.
Identify and assist in the analysis of project schedule variances, collect and updates data and updates and produces scheduling reports, assist in the development and maintenance of WBS and helps insure that project coding is effectively used for all cornerstone applications, able to use drawing and specifications for schedule development, able to develop CPM schedule logic. Assist in tracking subcontractor performance.
Knowledgeable of scope control and change management and associated implications to project scheduling knowledgeable in earned value methodology.
Responsible for gathering and assembling data for schedule updating.
Measure progress and review schedule performance.
Assist with creating and maintaining the baseline schedule.
Support cost analysis function through cross training.
Participates in planning and scheduling meeting to gain insight to planningand scheduling issues. Raising of monthly cost & time analysis
In-charge in the preparation of general program of works, Monthly progress reports
Responsible for the program updates and make such recovery plan as necessary
Review implementing plans and estimates actual quantities with corresponding work duration
Prepare necessary time extension program for possible variation against original contract
Attend regular construction coordination meeting.
In-charge in the supervising of site worker
In-charge in the scheduling of daily activities as per priority.
Preparation of manpower scheduling
Incharge in the preparation of equipment mentainance scheduling.
Incharge in the acceptance of contructor’s progress during hotel renovation period.
Coordinate with the government officials in the processing of building permits & submittal if lay out plan particularly electrical & HVAC plan prior for permit issuance.
