My duties and responsibilities as a waiter are attend to multiple customers by sitting them down, take detailed order from the customers and Encode the order in the computer and send the orders to the kitchen, Pick up orders from the kitchen, to serve customers refreshments first and their order in a timely manner, check on customer from time to time to make sure he is okay, collect payment from customer after they are done and return all balance to the customer, and attend to another customer. As a Delivery Rider Check it’s order and arranges it makes sure all items are good and deliver it to the customer and its location…
I am responsible to help people and their families adjust to problems in their lives and anti-social behavior and daily encoding the data of patient’s classification & evaluation.
• Daily assessment and evaluation of patients for billing purposes.
• Philhealth information dissimination during ward visits.
• To help and assist patients and patients watchers to fill up their PHIC & CF1 Forms
• Perform monthly, quarterly, annually, statistically report of admitted patients.
I am responsible for ensuring each room they clean and maintain is vacant. They check with the front desk about guest check-outs each day, and also check the room, as well as the bathroom and closet, to be sure that guests have vacated and removed their belongings from the room. If there is any damage to the room or if items have been left behind, it is the duty of the room attendant to report it to his supervisor or hotel management.

Responsible for receiving, stocking and helping to organize the warehouse. In a typical workday, unloads inventory from trucks that pull up into the warehouse's docking area. The merchandise is usually contained boxes that the warehouseman either removes from a truck manually or with a forklift. After the merchandise is unloaded into the shipping area, the warehouseman is responsible for putting the merchandise on the correct shelves, located throughout the warehouse.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science year of 2002 major in computer i am knowledgeable of Microsoft office like a word excel and PowerPoint and i have a skills of formatting of computer basic troubleshooting and software installation.
