- Responsible for managing the Project team (Administration, Production, Procurement, Design, Planning, Accounts & Site Operation) in executing the project.
· Managing the preparation of Project Work Program, in order to monitor project progress.
· Managing the submission of shop drawings (SDS) and materials (MS) and get approvals to the consultant before execution.
· Managing the preparation of progress bill, variation orders and additional works for client's approval.
· Managing the program schedule and advising the consultant any occurrence of change.
· Monitoring and managing the contract agreement to avoid any discrepancies and miscalculation.
· Coordinating with the main contractor and avoid delays.

- RFI (Request for Information)
- CVI (Confirmation of Verbal Instruction)
- SI (Site Instruction) and anything that will make things clear.
· Managing the preparation of Inspection Request (IR) for the Consultant's Comments & Quality Approval for the installed materials.
· Meeting with the clients and consultants everything that are required for the projects.
· Coordinating with subcontractors for cost, time and quality and making things in according to the agreement.
· Preparing Management reports-
- Daily Site Status
- 2 weeks look ahead
- weekly & monthly (Project Progress
& Status) to the General Manager
and Consultants.
· Coordinating the production works at the factory and monitoring site deliveries
· Managing the Site Documentation and Archives for records in future occurances.
· Managing site safety, health and QA/QC.
· Managing the Preparation of O&M Manual & As-Built Drawings for Handing Over to Clien
