- Prepares Piping Isometric Drawing to be issued for Construction. Pipe spooling and generation of isometric drawing based on available materials, specifications, references, pipe line list, P&ID and client procedure using Spoolgen-Allias software and finalized the drawing using AutoCAD or MicroStation software to be issued to fabrication shop and construction team. Responsible for revision drawing as per actual condition and with proper coordination to Inspectors and Engineers assigned on field and fabrication shop. Updates and maintaining organized file system for production drawings and reports for data base system. Conduct site verification and line checking as required.
- Assist Piping Design Engineer and Piping Engineer for fabrication shop, detailed, revision, as-built drawing and updates for all Isometric drawings, BOM, P&ID and GAD (General Arrangement Drawing) based on the field construction changes on site. Conduct site verification and line checking as required. Material summary, quantity and take-off. Assist in the preparation of hydro test packages and responsible for documentation of drawings to be revised and issued.
- Prepares FCN, DCN and As Built drawing (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation) to be submitted to the clients for approval and comments. Communicate with Tooling, Piping Design engineer, Piping, Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation engineers regarding shop, detailed, new, revised and as built drawings. Updates and maintaining organized file system for production drawings. Conduct site verification and line checking as required.
- Assist Technical department and QC Department for revision, as-built drawing and updates for all Isometric drawings, BOM, P&ID and GAD (General Arrangement Drawing) based on field construction changes on site and standards. Assist in the preparation of hydro test packages. Conduct site verification as required. Keeping directory of drawing up to date and documented.
- Assist the Planning and Cost engineer in tracking progress for structural and piping. Monitoring, line checking and generates reports of daily accomplishments. Generates updates and maintain quantity data base of structural and piping actual progress data. Assist is in the preparation of a daily work and look-ahead schedules for operations group. Encoding, prepares daily, weekly and monthly accomplishment as an aid of planning and cost engineer. Attends meetings as required and performs AutoCAD works if necessary.
- Supervision, monitoring and pipe laying of water lines to ensure the quality and implementation of works on the project. Prepares daily accomplishment report, preliminary, shop, detailed and as-built drawing to ensure and maintain the quality of finished drawings. Responsible for documentation of drawings to be revised and to be issued.
- Responsible for detailed/shop drawing of Plumbing works, layout and isometric drawing using manual drafting. Prepares estimates and summary of bill of materials (BOM).
