Duties and responsibilities:
- Regional Electrical Maintenance in all Riyadh Panda stores
- Troubleshooting and Repair of alternate motor control for three phase and single-phase water pumps
- Repair and troubleshooting Meat grinder machine, Cheese shredder machine, Casher conveyors, cheese cutting machine.
- Bakery Equipment Dough mixer, Dough sheeter, Electric Ovens
- Installations or replaced lighting and convenience outlet.
- Install and replacement of step-down transformer in package type A.C.U.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair Aggreko electrical equipment as per Aggreko Service Manual and Original Equipment Manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of house-keeping throughout the site.
- Completion of site reports, shift reports, logs and associated documentation.
- Detailed fault analysis &reporting and electrical incident reporting.
- Basic Operation and Maintenance skills of Aggreko equipment.
- Ensures reporting is correctly completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Follows Aggreko Best Operating Practices (BOP).
- To start up and synchronize generators in conjunction with the clients load instruction.
- To be fully conversant with the SCADA operation.
- To recognize alarms, take appropriate action and monitor for improper operation.
- To be able to start/stop and synchronize GEMPAC operated generators.
- To report to Aggreko engineers any issues relating to non-production; maintenance issues, breakdown etc.
- To be fully conversant with the daily operations reports and submit them to the OS as required.

Task;
- Control room operator or maintain auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans, jacket water heaters, to supply water, fuel, lubricants, air, or auxiliary power.
- Monitor power plant equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems.
- Take regulatory action, based on readings from charts, meters and gauges, at established intervals.
- Record and compile operational data by completing and maintaining forms, logs, or reports.
- Make adjustments or minor repairs, such as tightening leaking gland and pipe joints.
- Regulate equipment operations and conditions, such as water levels, based on instrument data or from computers.
- Inspect records or log book entries or communicate with plant personnel to assess equipment operating status.
- Clean, lubricate, or maintain equipment, such as generators, pumps, or compressors, to prevent failure or deterioration.
- Collect oil, water, or electrolyte samples for laboratory analysis.
- Control generator output to match the phase, frequency, or voltage of electricity supplied to panels.
- Replenish electrolytes in batteries and oil in voltage transformers, and reset tripped electric relays.

- Generator Operator (4 sets of 2500KVA each, Cummins engine, 2 sets of synchronizing unit)
- Substation monitoring (3 Medium voltage feeder lines, 3 sets of 2500KVA transformer, delta-wye connection of transformer, 4 wire system, 400 volts output, 4 sets of main switch gear 2 unit of 5000 ampere and 2 unit of 3200 ampere,
- Witnessing of meggering test for every final wiring of new tenant.
