Daily monitoring of manpower, uniform and absences.
Onsite guidance to all cleaners about safety working practices.
Ensure that all cleaners are wearing their proper protective equipment and see to it that they are working with the required standard.
Ensure that all cleaning signs are properly put and color coded materials use accordingly.
Knows where and when the work must be done without creating noise that will disturb the clients.
Check the cleaners and all areas from time to time until the work has been done.
Report all pertinent information arising from your site to your Senior Supervisor.
Knows how to operate stocks and ordering procedures.
Conduct end of the day meeting and at the same time make plan activities for the next day.
Coordinate to the client about adjustments of manpower before the scheduled event.
Ensure that all scheduled PPM are properly executed.
Make Monthly deep cleaning report and submit to the Facility Manager.
Contact the waste management for skip collection.
Contact the recycling company to collect the recyclable materials.
Ensure that proper waste segregation was exercise.
Do paper works related to cleaning matters.
Disseminate Tool Box Talk with regards to Health and Safety.
Ensure that all cleaners are properly, mentally and physically present.
