Specific Duties and Responsibilities/Scope of Work:
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality.
• Provide technical support to the project Manager and guidance to site staff in submission of materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawings, as built drawings, O&M manuals.
• Preparing ITP’s required for Electrical works according to Contract requirements & Quality guidelines.
• Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, non-conformance etc.
• Submit inspection requests in accordance with concerned site and project engineers.
• Ensured that all equipment used are calibrated and with their valid certificates.
• Ensures QC documents/records (drawings, reports, submittals etc.) are kept in order and made readily accessible.
• Conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
• Assist workers to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual procedures.
• Assits/Coordinate the preparation of the final handling over documents such as QA/QC documents, testing and commissioning reports etc.
• Verifies methods for testing, instrument calibration and evaluation for performing designated inspection and testing.
• Verify the performed inspection and testing activities are in compliance to QC Program Procedures and Method Statement.
• Supervise and review inspection/testing of materials or equipment’s received at site from vendors, and also for the work done at site to ensure conformity to quality standard and contract.
• Follows and take deep concern issues on relation to safety protocol and regulation when ongoing any QA/QC site works.
• Protects inspection, measuring and test equipment issued from damage and deterioration during handling and storage.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities/Scope of Work:
• Plans, Controls and Monitors the actual execution of all electrical related works of the project to ensure that it will be done in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and standard.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Estimate, prepares and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipments, tools and etc. required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
• Manages directly, instruct and provides engineering technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
• Executes all the related electrical works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups for any of the discrepancies or obstruction that may arise.
• Suggest technical design changes to improve the performance and efficiency.
• Coordinates with Client/Consultant’s representatives for any site instruction and inspection of works.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensures targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
• Create work schedules to hit the target schedules and adjust as needed to meet the project deadlines.
• Scheduled the actual date of deliveries at site for all major items of Electrical instruments, devices and components.
• Does a speedy request for purchase of all emergency need consumables or materials at site.
• Monitors and check daily all the craftsmanship of the works at site to ensures that it follow strictly the standard procedure and quality of the electrical works.
• Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups personnel of the project working at site by ensuring that the project execution will be done accordingly to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities/Scope of Work:
• Supervise and Monitor the day to day site labor force work of each team members, and ensure that all goals and deadlines are met.
• Supervise all subcontractor work to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Collaborate and discuss with other different discipline at site to ensure that any discrepancies and problems that will arise will be solved.
• Make a decisions, goal orientation, assertiveness as well as planning and organizational skills.
• Review and check the approved electrical construction plan to assure that all the approved drawings and quantities are accurate and conforms the specification of projects.
• Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations of executed works and site accomplishment.
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting and coordinate with the foreman’s as well as the others to give task, work place assignments and instruct to get the work target accomplishment of the day.
• Check and inspect all the finished works at site to meet the correct and standard installation and operation.
• Closely monitoring the project to make sure that it will meet within the budget and within the time frame schedule.
• Ensure that all the statutory authority permits/design approvals are available on site for construction.
• Coordinate with the sub-contractors and suppliers to maintain the good working relationship.
• Strongly comply and follows all the rules and regulations at site within relation to safety works.

• Coordinates with clients/consultants representative for any site instructions and inspection.
• Supervise and manage the works to deliver a high quality output that comply within the standards and approved specifications of project.
• Responsible for the implementations and monitoring of all electrical works at the site.
• Assign targets for accomplishment and ensure targets are met on a daily basis for all electrical works.
• Review and check the entire approved electrical construction plan to ensure that the drawings and quantities are accurate.
• Resolve any unexpected interference or problems between any disciplines occur at site.
• Check that the executed works at site meet the standard and specification of the projects.
• Make a reports and documentation of the works executed and inspected on the site.
• Proposing changes or re routing of layout using the CAD - Engineering Design Software.
• Strictly follows all the rules and regulations implemented by safety departments at site.
