Directly reporting to SCM Manager Work within a multifunctional team focal on logistical issues. Supporting the team on its daily operations both base and line maintenance. Provide physical logistic processing within the departments requirement. Provide and create incoming and outgoing equipment gate pass. Parts / Tools, equipment requirement control in stores. Providing store support to Engineers and other who required assistance. Maintaining good relation to authorities. Shipping and Goods receiving.
Developing new business opportunities and penetrating existing accounts to achieve maximum profitability. Processing business transactions on time and on an efficient manner. Assisting PRO in processing customer requirement on Quota Approvals, obtaining New Entry Permit for employments, New Residence Permits, Renewal of Residence Permits, Can cellations both Labor and Immigration, typing of the Emirates ID applications, typing of the Medical Applications and Employment Contracts. Coordinate normal, legal translation requirements. Processing EJARI Registration Certificates. Administering whole office routine, taking care of day to day activities. Perform Administration duties. Research on solutions and prioritize customer issues on timely and in accurate fashion. Maintain records of all documentation for future references.
