• Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees; answering their questions; responding to special requests; describing product features.
• Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products; tidying store shelves, and all demo units to push sales.
• Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low.
• Completes call report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products.
• Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of stores for renovation in every territory.
• Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards.
• Conduct product training for newly opened stores and for new products that the company launches yearly.
• Report to line Manager with detailed information’s for all events, changes that are happening in every store.
After sales service Team leader
• Receiving feedbacks for all complains and issues that company products encountered from all UAE and GCC stores.
• Provide services with all the issues of company products.
• Schedules daily activities in which every technician must prioritize.
• Provide replacements for products that have issue that are still under warranty and needs replacements.
• Communicate with the concerned persons in the stores in order to solve arising problems.
