Job role and Tasks:
*System Analysis for Client Requirements & Customizations for UI Prototype Development / preparing business requirements and providing specifications to the developers along with UAT cases.
*Proficient in Software Design, Development, Troubleshooting, Implementation, Consultation, Technical & Quality documentation / Release Management
*Principally worked on AFSYS/IBOX -A modularized integrated system for the MSC shipping industry and incorporating system enhancements requested by clients.
*Experience in multiple ERP systems - Shipping / Finance / Freight forwarding / Agency system/Finance/HRMS and also Perform gap analysis and change management functions used in the maintenance of current systems and transition to new systems
*Experience in handling 24x7 Production support project and maintaining SLA’s and managing clients of more than 100+ across various locations
*Develop and maintain project plan, coordinate project activities while tracking accomplishments and results as per the project plan.
*Setup, planning, monitoring, and controlling execution of projects
*Ensuring delivery excellence, quality, delivery projects within scope, time and cost
*Testing the programs once development completed on daily basis and stabilizing it by identifying and resolving all bugs.
*Played active role in System integration with SAP/ Operation system - finance system integration/
*Various EDI file studies and implementation
*System gap study / Implementation of ERP systems across various countries both onsite and offsite visit and training to users of more than 100+ at a time.
*Knowledge of UAE VAT & India GST
*Workflow system maintenance and usage of Bugzilla tool
