Responsibility:
 Reports to Senior Operation Manager/senior Electrical engineer.
 Daily technical round for critical asset like, Electrical room, DB, SMB, MV panel, ATS, Capacitor bank, DG, Fire alarm panels, package unit, AHU, FAHU (Fresh air handling unit, Chilled water pumps, Heat exchanger, car parking exhaust fan, Car parking elevators, garbage chute, Swimming pool, Server rooms, DDC panels, Intercom.
 Site management, coordination with consultants/architects/contractors for optimum solution.
 Planning and mobilization of team to execute the task as per the scheduled PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and CM for the Electrical equipment.
 Work on CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) by Maximo, Work Order creation, PR, RFQ, PO, Verification, SLA, and KPI.
 Ensures the physical plant is operating in safe, efficient, and orderly fashion by directing all phases of maintenance, repair, and renovation.
 Thermal scanning of all electrical equipment to ensure there is no overheating due to any fault.
 Maintains Daily Technical Round Reports for Critical, Electrical, HVAC and electro- mechanical equipment’s.
 Troubleshoot and rectify problems. Identify the root cause and arrange to raise scope of work (SoW) if jobs must be carried out by contractor, prepare site inspection report (SIR) with recommendation against the fault.
 Provide and attend weekly toolbox meeting with sub-contractors.
 To perform emergency support duty at times.
 Supervise and manage contractors to deliver quality works, complying with QEHSS regulations.
 To record any system failure, report to the Operation Manager / Senior Electrical Engineer and prepare incident report.
 Assets inventory and management.
 To inspecting the material before dispatch.
 Material management and planed supply of the material at site keeping in view the financial balance.
 Reporting of Hazards and incidents, following company procedure, check list, risk assessment, work permit.

Saudi government Project.
Responsibility:
▪ In this Project prepare testing procedure, Testing of all types of Electrical & electronic
associate components.
▪ Coordinate with customers and end user at the site for work schedule during absence of
field team leader.
▪ Communicate with services supervisors for necessary requirement.
▪ Testing of high voltage, AC/DC installation, maintenance of electrical communications,
hydraulic, pneumatic and control equipment and A/C
▪ Equipment’s, electrical controls, design and wiring also PLC controlling.
▪ Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and
other project requirements are met.
▪ Prepare shop drawing & material submittals for consultant’s approval.
▪ Preparation of drawing, electrical layout, bus trucking layout, lighting layout, cable tray,
▪ Earthing, lighting protection layout and cable schedule/cable sizing.
▪ Material management including estimation and inventory
▪ Manpower handling and sub-contractor management.
▪ Preparation of handling over document like as built drawing, operation & maintenance
manual.
▪ Supervising as site and material survey and check the work according to IEEE standard.
▪ Worked done as per drawing and schedule the work and maintain daily report and
material & maintain the material stock

Project : Various MEP Project- maintenance.
Client : Various Client, DAMMAM, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibility:
▪ Troubleshoot and rectify minor problems. Identify the root cause and advice supervisor
to raise Work Orders if jobs must be carried out by contractor. Includes all Facilities
Equipment’s related to mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.
▪ To record any system failure, report to the Operations and prepare incident report,
defect report, snag report.
▪ Maintain, test, and certify electrical supply networks including power distribution
boards, panels, facilities, lighting switches, cables / wiring, electric motors, electric pump
stations and Equipment’s.
▪ Prepare regular progress reports and Maintained all records of the work orders and
repairs done on the facility.
▪ Attend to all breakdown complaints requests. Follow-up with the contractors on all
Service Orders for any requirement of materials.
▪ Estimates, prepares, and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials,
consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to
execution.
▪ Responsible for checking the contractor weather the plan preventive maintenance
(PPM) is being done correctly as per standards by the contractors.
▪ Advice Facilities Supervisor and Facilities Manager of Technical Problem concerned with
installation, modification, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing assignment.
▪ Oversee and manage the operation and maintenance of water supply systems, fire
suppression systems, electrical utility like Chillers, Boilers, Motors, Pumps, DG set & LV,
MV & DB Panels.
▪ Solving problems by technical analysis, group discussion, explore alternative, and
propose quality solutions at minimum cost.
▪ Review the parameters recorded by technicians and to take necessary action if there are
any discrepancies.
▪ Carry out periodic Safety inspections on contractors’ site works in line with QEHS
requirements.
▪ To escalate emergencies immediately to the Operation Manager
