Work Description/Responsibility :
As an Architect/ Design Developer, I am involved in design conceptualization of projects that requires in depth analysis of various complexities. I am involved in master planning, urban design, and other design oriented developments. I coordinate various disciplines, to integrate with the design work, coordinate with design team members and other consultants under taking full charge and responsibilities to complete design phase. Analyzed any risk associated with the design that ought reasonably to be anticipated, and advise the design team on how these risks should be alleviated. Refine the code analysis prepared during the schematic design phase and make required changes in design as necessary. Utilize reasonable endeavors to ensure the client receives all advice and services in relation to design necessary for the satisfactory and timely completion of the project. Produce project quality design presentations and project execution plans incorporating with the outline program in consultation with the chief consultant with particular regards to project vision, site information, site development rights and restrictions, project components and others. Conduct quality coordination reviews and implement corrective actions as required, establish and responsible for lines of communication and reporting with and between the design team members and supervise subordinates in preparation of working plans, specifications and cost estimates. Review design changes in the construction phase and advise necessary actions to be taken into account in regards to Professional Standards and Municipality Local code compliance.
Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing team and client meeting and conference. Cooperating with contractor and other professionals.
• Seeking advice and coordination from other professional like Structural, MEP, and other Disciplines about the designs of environment. Participates in team meetings to help resolve project issues, coordination with other disciplines, schedule adherence, and technical issues.
• Planning and presenting target reports and design applications to the client. Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates and calculations for coordination. Discussing budget and deadlines for project or construction, objective and needs of project.
• Planning tender application and presentation, for Municipality, and other Local Authorities for compliance.
• Responsible for technical resolution and coordination for a defined portion of project.Develops solutions to design problems. Corrects and updates, making minor adaptations and modifications, to complete working design documents.
• Attends on-site visits, field reviews and project meetings and documents appropriately. Prepares, coordinates and reviews the schedules, submission of shop drawings and samples. Coordination visit to site if necessary and ensuring that project is working in budget and time.
• Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Leadership Team. Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into project.
• Lead this effort to apply proper QA/QC methods throughout project.
