Logistics / Warehouse In-charge - Natura Bisse DAFZA, UAE
In-charge for inbound and outbound shipments
Responsible for export & import documentation
Coordinating with clearing and forwarding agents
Reviews freight rates: air, courier, land, sea
Plan on road operation delivery on a daily basis
Support for admin work, cheque collection, cash bank deposit, mail box
Oversees and maintains inventory
Picking and packing / Prepare load for deliveries
Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for inbound deliveries
Responsible for filling / organize export and import documents for future reference
Responsible for obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs requirements e.g. commercial invoice, packing list, providing HS code for exporting shipments
Responsible for applying Certificate of Origin to Chamber of Commerce Department
Arranges item collection for international outbound shipments to EMEA countries
Coordinate with clearing and forwarding agent and provide customs requirements for easy clearance inbound shipments
Act as main point in receiving full container load and loose truck load items
Organize warehouse, Oversee space availability for incoming shipments
Ensure 5’s warehouse operation applies in daily activity
Implement picking list to ensure specified order is properly packed prior dispatching at warehouse facility
Categorize and maintain optimum level of stocks
Reviews freight rates Air and Land transport
Worked intensively inbound outbound both local and international shipments / packages
Oversee coordinate and prioritize handling on critical shipment ( eg dangerous goods) for export and import using proper documentations and packages including sticker attachment and labeling resulting 99% on achieving safety awareness for aircraft and pilots.
Ensure all packages shipments are scanned safely and securely transported to their proper destination.
Facilitate customs requirements for international shipments and for domestic Freezone clients such as bill of entry ( BOE ) invoice, packing list,
Track and trace using internal system to provide accurate movement forecast to other department
Organize and follow all appropriate safety, environmental protection, while on warehouse operations.
Played key role in data entry scanning bagging transporting for emirates airlines haul shipments local and international.
Utilize various warehouse and logistics equipment to transport deliver shipments and packages.
Attend meetings as required.
Perform clerical duties such as typing, making copies, and distributing mail as required.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
